1. About Elevaan

Elevaan Network (“Elevaan”, “we”, “us”) is a Bangladesh B2B marketplace that helps buyers find suppliers and helps suppliers list products and services. Elevaan is a discovery and connection platform — we do not sell products ourselves and are not a party to transactions between buyers and suppliers unless we expressly say otherwise.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you join. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Elevaan for business purposes.

3. Supplier listings

Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, prices, images and listing details. Listings may be reviewed and can be approved, rejected, edited or removed if they violate these terms or applicable law. Posting illegal, misleading or infringing content is prohibited.

4. Buyer use

Buyers may browse, contact suppliers and request quotations. Any purchase, payment, delivery or warranty arrangement is between the buyer and the supplier. Elevaan does not guarantee product quality, delivery timelines or supplier performance.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse Elevaan, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data at scale without permission, spam other users, or use the platform for fraud or unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

6. Intellectual property

Elevaan’s brand, website design and platform software remain our property. You keep ownership of content you upload, and you grant Elevaan a licence to display that content on the platform for marketplace purposes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevaan is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or from dealings between users. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us (if any) in the three months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Elevaan after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes may also be communicated by email or on-site notice.
