How Elevaan Network collects, uses and protects personal information when you use our B2B marketplace.

1. Information we collect
We collect account details such as name, email, username, mobile number and password (stored as a secure hash). If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account id, name and email. Suppliers may also provide business name, location, contact channels and listing content including images and descriptions.
2. How we use information
We use your information to operate the marketplace, create and manage accounts, show supplier profiles and listings, process posts for review, communicate about your account, improve the product and keep the platform secure.
3. Sharing
Public profile and listing information is visible to other users as part of the marketplace. We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with service providers who help us run Elevaan (hosting, email, analytics) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
4. Cookies and similar tech
We use session cookies / session storage needed for sign-in and basic site function. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but signing out of protected features may not work without them.
5. Data retention
We keep account and listing data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for security, dispute handling and legal compliance. You may request account closure by contacting us.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong unique password.
7. Your choices
You can update supplier profile details from your dashboard, request correction of account information, or ask us to delete your account where applicable. Contact us using the details below.
